Meet Our Experts
Stormy Friday is an internationally recognized speaker in facility management. She has visited over thirty countries to consult, train and speak on FM trends; organization development; productivity and motivation; marketing and customer service; strategic planning and outsourcing alternatives. She co-authored a book entitled Quality Facility Management: A Marketing and Customer Service Approach (Wiley) and authored Organization Development for Facility Managers: Tracing the DNA of FM Organizations (AMACOM; Dog Ear Press). She is Chair of the ProFMI Commission and has served on the IFMA Board of Directors and the BOMI International Board of Trustees
Stan Mitchell brings 35+ years’ experience in Facilities Management. As well as spearheading the growth of KEY across 20+countries, he is a recognised pioneer in the development of FM as a professional discipline worldwide. His roles include Chair of the British Institute of Facilities Management and the British Standards Institution FM Committee. Currently, he is leading the ISO TC 267 for Facility Management and the creation of the first international FM standards. He is also a member of the ProFMI Commission.
Kylash Ramesh has been involved in the construction and operations of biomedical research, patient healthcare, and vivarium facilities. Kylash has worked in both the private and public sectors. Kylash is currently a Federal Employee at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. He serves as a Management Analyst in the Division of Facilities Operations & Maintenance (DFOM). His primary role in DFOM is to leverage information system software, specifically Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, to facilitate the improvement of workflow processes, capital cost tracking, and regulatory compliance. His educational background in business and technology, combined with his time spent in the Critical Facilities industry, allow him to serve as a bridge between Management, Facility Managers, and Technical IT staff. Kylash also manages projects and holds a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) II certification and is a member of the ProFMI Commission.
