Meet Our Experts

Dale Wenger, ProFM
Independent Consultant & Instructor

ProFM instructor, Dale Wenger, will share his insights on the ProFM topics and their relevance to the demands faced by today’s FMs. Dale has more than 35 years’ experience in the FM profession including the areas of maintenance operations, project management, vendor management and integrated facilities management services.  During that time, he worked for or directly managed services for Merck, Owens-Corning Fiberglas, JLL, Aramark, ABM and Vanguard.  Dale is also an adjunct instructor for Villanova University’s College of Continuing Studies.  He is currently an independent consultant and instructor for ProFM.

Dale received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Temple University in 1982, an MBA from Liberty University in 2017, a CFM in 2004, and ProFM credential in 2020.

Randy Olson is the Vice President of Business Development for the Professional Facility Management Institute. Since 2010, Olson has been focused on elevating the facility management profession by leading the development and implementation of FM training and credential programs. He works with industry leaders across professional associations, corporations, government organizations, colleges and universities to enhance the knowledge and skills of FM professionals.
